Our waxing expertise

Preparing for Your Waxing Treatment

For the best waxing experience, allow your hair to grow to at least a quarter of an inch. Exfoliating your skin 24 hours before your appointment can help prevent ingrown hairs and ensure a smoother result. Avoid applying lotions or oils on the day of your treatment, as they can interfere with the wax adhering to the hair. However, moisturizing your skin the day before is recommended, as very dry skin is not ideal for waxing.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

Our skilled therapists will assess your skin type and choose the most suitable wax, whether hard wax or soft wax, to minimize discomfort and maximize effectiveness. We use professional waxing techniques to ensure a quick and efficient hair removal process, making even sensitive areas like male and female intimate waxing more comfortable.

We always use peelable Lycon hot wax for bikini, Hollywood, Brazilian (male and female), lip, eyebrows, or underarms. Applying oil to the skin first creates a barrier between the skin and the wax, so the wax sticks only to the hair and does not irritate your skin. For larger and less sensitive areas like legs, arms, and back, we use strip wax. For the best results, we recommend repeating treatments every 3-6 weeks.

Aftercare for Smooth Skin

Following your waxing treatment, it’s important to keep the area clean and moisturized. Avoid hot showers, saunas, direct sun exposure, sunbeds, sports, and tight clothing for 24-48 hours to prevent irritation. Regular exfoliation and hydration will help maintain smooth skin and extend the time between appointments.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to Your most common questions

Does waxing hurt?

While some discomfort is expected, our professional waxing techniques and high-quality waxes, such as Lycon wax, help minimize pain. Many clients find the experience much easier than expected, especially with regular treatments.

Waxing provides long-lasting results, typically keeping your skin smooth and hair-free for 3-6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. Fun fact: hair grows faster during the summer months!

Yes, we use gentle wax types specifically designed for sensitive skin. Our therapists will assess your skin and recommend the best waxing method for you. If needed, we can do a small patch test to see how your skin reacts. If you have a nut allergy, please inform us before the treatment.

Yes! Many pregnant women choose waxing for hair removal. We use safe, professional techniques to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment. You can move and change positions during the session if needed.

A bikini wax removes hair from the sides and top of the bikini area. A Brazilian wax removes most or all hair from the intimate area, including the back, but leaves a small strip in the front. Hollywood waxing removes all hair completely.

If you have any cuts or wounds, we can still perform the treatment but will need to avoid the affected area. If you have sunburn or red, irritated skin, we recommend waiting until the skin calms down. After any peeling or laser treatments, we advise waiting at least one week to prevent irritation. Certain medications, such as Accutane, cause skin sensitivity, making waxing strictly inadvisable. The same applies to chemotherapy or any viral infections. Our general rule is to prioritize your skin’s health and avoid any potential irritation.
