We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Laser Therapist with proven hands-on experience delivering advanced treatments using IPL and Nd:YAG-based platforms. If you are passionate about aesthetic excellence, have a steady hand, and can deliver results-driven treatments, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Lead Laser Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver a range of advanced treatments using the Cutera Xeo platform (IPL, Nd:YAG, Laser Genesis, Limelight, Pearl Fractional, and more)
  • Tailor treatments for skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions, pigmentation, deep dermal heating, and hair removal across all skin types
  • Build rapport with patients, provide pre- and post-care advice, and ensure safety and comfort throughout
  • Help integrate these services into our clinic’s offerings and contribute to treatment protocols
  • Support team education and patient communication around treatment benefits and results

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with laser/IPL treatments (ideally with Nd:YAG, IPL, or Cutera Xeo)
  • Level 4 (or higher) Laser & IPL qualification (CPD or VTCT)
  • Comfortable treating various skin types (I–VI) and confident with clinical decision-making
  • Friendly, calm, and professional bedside manner
  • A genuine interest in skin health and aesthetic outcomes
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
