Cancellation Policy

At the Chiswick Clinic, we value your time and ours. A well-managed schedule helps us deliver the highest standard of care to every patient. By booking an appointment with Dr. Bela and the clinic team, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

Standard Cancellation Window

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient who may be waiting.

Late Cancellation Fees

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply:

• £50 for medical and aesthetic appointments
• £20 for beauty appointments

This fee partially offsets the cost of an unused appointment slot, which may result in a loss of £150–£1000, depending on the service.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show. In this case, the full treatment fee will be charged. This includes complimentary services such as Botox top-up reviews, where the opportunity for a free adjustment is forfeited if not attended as scheduled.

Grace for Existing Patients

We understand that life can be unpredictable. For our existing patients, we offer a one-time grace period for genuine last-minute emergencies. Repeat late cancellations will be charged according to the policy above.

Exceptions to the Policy

We do make reasonable exceptions for:

• Bereavement of a close family member
• Confirmed infectious illness

These must be communicated prior to the missed appointment.
