Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Chiswick Clinic, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Protecting dedicated clinical time allows us to deliver focused, unhurried care to every patient.
By booking an appointment with Dr Bela and the clinic team, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Fee
All appointments are secured with a booking fee:
- £50 for medical and aesthetic appointments
- £20 for beauty appointments
For new patients, this fee is taken at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
For established patients, we do not routinely collect the booking fee in advance; however, the same terms apply.
The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment when it goes ahead as scheduled.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee is retained or becomes payable. This is because the reserved time is unlikely to be reallocated at short notice.
The policy applies consistently to all patients and is independent of the reason for cancellation.
Non-Attendance (No-Show)
Failure to attend an appointment without any prior notice is considered a non-attendance (no-show). This includes arriving so late that the appointment can no longer be safely or meaningfully completed.
In this case:
The booking fee is retained.
The patient is liable for the full fee of the missed appointment, and will be invoiced after the missed appointment for the full amount.
Further appointments cannot be booked or attended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Future appointments will require payment of the booking fee in advance (or, where appropriate, full prepayment) to confirm.
For complimentary review appointments (such as Botox top-up reviews), failure to attend at the scheduled time results in forfeiture of that review opportunity.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Where serious or exceptional circumstances occur, please inform the clinic as soon as possible. Any consideration remains at the discretion of the clinic.
